BEMIDJI — Sanford Bemidji is hosting a free, eight-week weight management class focused on leading a healthier life through lifestyle and nutrition changes.
The classes will be held from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., every Thursday through Sept. 6 at Sanford Bemidji Medical Center in the Education Center.
The classes, led by Sanford Bemidji Weight Loss Management physician, Judith Mills, D.O., will address nutrition’s role in managing and reducing symptoms of chronic health issues, dealing with cravings, understanding food addiction and more. Participants will learn about food selection, develop strategies for change and receive group support to help keep them motivated.
