The fitness center hosts a complete line of cardiovascular, free-weight, assisted lifting machines and other equipment for a safe and effective exercise routine. Cardiovascular machines include five treadmills, two stationary bikes, two recumbent bikes, a recumbent cross trainer, a stair climber and three cross trainers.

Modern assisted exercise machines and free-weight systems, including Matrix, Nautilus and Life Fitness, have been incorporated to optimize your time and workout efficiency.

The fitness center, including a gymnasium and walking track, is open weekdays from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturdays 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sundays 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Fitness center locker rooms and shower facilities are available with a membership.

The WACC is currently offering a 25 percent discount off the first or next six-month membership for those who sign up for the Chase the Police Triathlon, the WACC Golf Tournament or any of the Walker North Country Races.

Memberships start as low as $25 per month. Visit the website at www.walkerwacc.com for current membership rates and links to register for our events.
